Constitution Day also known as Samvidhan Divas is celebrated in India on 26 November every year to commemorate the adoption of the constitution of India. On 26 November 1949 the constitute assembley of India adopted the constitution of India , and it came into effect on 26 January 1950.
Delhi International School celebrated Samvidhan Divas on 26 November 2019 to honor and remember the father of constitution , Dr. Bhimrao Ramji Ambedkar the architect of the Indian constitution and conduct special Assembly by the students which was addressed by our Principal ma’m Ms. Manju Nautiyal , where she explained the importance and meaning of our constitution . Later , an oath on Preamble taken by the students and teachers.
